That’s why Pinnacle Health Management (PHM) offers a program to equip you with coping techniques to better manage the symptoms of depression, improving your quality of life and reducing long-term medical costs.

Our programs are free to qualified individuals whose employer offers our program. They may include cost saving incentives, as well as one-on-one coaching from our knowledgeable care managers who will provide you with support and resources.

It includes a series of guided calls to equip you with coping techniques to better manage the symptoms of depression. This confidential program is fully paid by the employer and is at no cost to you.

    Important: Eligibility requirements apply. For employees to be eligible to enroll in the Uplift Overcoming Depression program, they must have a current diagnosis from a medical professional and the program must be offered by their employer through an active partnership with Pinnacle Health Management. Program details are subject to change and will vary by employer.
