Depression Rises as Pandemic Lingers

Depression cases among adults jumped from 7% to 30.2% over the length of the pandemic, according to a recent Household Pulse Survey by the U.S. Census Bureau. What do these numbers mean for employers and their workforce? It means health care costs are on the rise.
